Ellie Bell has her FIRST basketball game of the season today. We are super excited!!! Have a blessed day all!

FIRST POST 2011!!!

Whoops! Every day I say I need to get on the blog and update it, and here it is, almost the END of Jan!!! Wow... these days are flying by!

Well busy month for the Speelman's. Doctors visits, basketball practice, prom committees.. the list goes on and on. We are loving these years though. Soon they will be gone and we will be on a different chapter of our lives. I am excited for those moments too. We are beyond blessed with our children.

I have been doing a few Bible studies, Made to Crave, From Chaos to Calm and The Mom I Want to Be. If any of those sound interesting to you, make sure you check out the 2 books. (from chaos to calm -- message me if you are interested in that one..)

Been reading a LOT, been stitching a LITTLE! I put a sidebar of my finishes so far but it seems to only be a little showing, not the whole screen if you understand what I am saying. Anyone know how to fix that? LOL..

I am working on SMO Feb Cupcake from the MM board last year. What are you working on?

Blessed day be back soon!!! I promise!!!

Momma n Bubbs

Tuesday Graphics

Good morning!! Cold here. Wet overnight and it rained HARD. The wind was whipping the rain around all night long! I have been awake since 2 this morning, everyone is at school but Bubbs (sore throat and doesn't feel good) so we are going to lay down now.

Ellie's 7th grade class put on a play, A Christmas Carol last night. I think they did wonderful!!

I finished SMO MM Snow SAL!

Now I am working on SMO MM Little Peacock. I just LOVE the colors don't you?

Blessed day all!

Dec 13th... 12 days!!!!

Hello Graphics

12 days till CHRISTmas??? Where has the time gone? Seems like yesterday was Thanksgiving!

We have been busy around here with school, work and helping friends with various things.

I have been super busy stitching! San man ville had a blizzard so here are a few flakes..

As a member of the SMO Merry Member board too we had a snow SAL. I am almost done with it but I wanted to share it.

On Saturday the girls and I were at a friends' MIL house all day helping clean it out. We were plum tired but when we got home the boys had lobster, steak and a salad ready for us.

Here is our house lit up at night. Didn't Jeff n the girls do a fab job??

What the heck Wednesday?

Winter Graphics

WOW! Time has slipped away from me. I have NO clue where it has gone!!!

Winter has sure arrived here. Every day we have had snow or some form of sleet. Cold cold cold conditions! However, we didn't have ANY of this last year so I am thankful for it this year. I am thankful we have a home to keep us warm and we are all together.

I haven't been able to do much stitching, we are celebrating birthdays, shopping for CHRISTmas and just playing games and enjoying each other. However, I finally finished SMO Winter Quaker.

I love the purples! Perfect piece to start off the winter season!!!

I have about 5 or 6 pieces I have pulled and I am going to finish them before pulling out other pieces!! So I won't post much but try to stitch more!!

~ But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as a man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7

Monday again. How does this happen?

But of course, Sandy from San Man Originals has to come out with a Winter Quaker!! So here I am going to start that!!

Blessed day to all!!!
