Excellent "workbook" to read and be the leader/mentor God wants us to be. Just like Paul encouraged Timothy and Lois encouraged Eunice, we can encourage others. You ask how, read this fantastic "guide" if you will and you will feel God calling you in so many places you will be so blessed.

Do this by yourself at first, and then be the mentor you and I were called to be and use the wonderful group guide at the back. And stand back and watch God move ---

So many wonderful inspirational statements here, I didn't want to list them. What might have caught my eye might not catch your's. Just take the leap and don't look back. God is calling all of us, yes even YOU.
